Shipping policy

We ship USPS priority mail, depending on your location you should receive your package in 2-6 business days. Please see our return policy and contact us before shipping back any items. 

 

If you chose our option for pick up or local delivery we will be contacting you with a date and time for you to pick up your items or an estimated time your purchases will be delivered to you. 

 

 

In the rare occurrence that an item or package goes missing after the delivery to your home or apartment, Hive Hair Studio assumes no responsibility and can’t be held liable for those items. Please make sure you have a safe and reliable drop off location when submitting your online order/purchase.
